READYgg x Aptos Partnership Announcement

Aptos Labs has teamed up with READYgg to help 15 million gamers move from traditional online gaming (web2) to blockchain-based gaming (web3). This partnership is bringing non-fungible tokens (NFTs) into well-known web2 games, marking a big step in the gaming world.

Aptos and READYgg will also give grants to game publishers through the READYgg $RDYX token. Their goal is to encourage new ideas in web3 gaming.

Aptos is a smart contract platform that runs on Proof-of-Stake (PoS). It uses the Move programming language to carry out transactions. The system’s safety relies on AptosBFT, a consensus method built with Byzantine Fault Tolerance (BFT). This means the network can work fine even if some validators are not honest, as long as they are less than one-third. The Move ecosystem is made for security and includes a compiler, a virtual machine, and tools for developers. In Move, they call smart contracts “Modules.”

READYgg offers a full web3 gaming setup. It has tools like SDKs for Unity, Unreal, and Godot, an NFT marketplace, and ways to make money from games using blockchain.
